Detailed feedback on my order

I recently bought a Zafu and Zabuton Set. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I had no issues finding what I wanted. Delivery took exactly 6 days to get to me in Oregon, which was within the estimated window. The items were well-packaged, arriving in good condition. The buckwheat filling in the Zafu feels substantial, and the Zabuton mat is quite comfortable under my knees. I had a small question about cleaning the covers, and their customer service responded to my email within a day with clear instructions. Overall, a very positive experience; the products feel durable and well-made, exactly as described on the site.

Good quality, as always

I ordered another Round Zafu from here last month, my third one over the years. It arrived in about a week, which was perfectly fine. The quality is consistent with my previous purchases-firm and well-stitched. I keep coming back because their products hold up so well.

So happy with my new cushion!

My new Crescent Zafu arrived yesterday and I love it! The fabric is super soft and the shape is so comfortable for meditation. It came really fast, only 4 days to my door. I can already tell this will make a big difference in my practice. Definitely going to shop here again!

Decent set, few minor points

I got the Rectangular Yoga Bolster and a Cotton Yoga Strap. The bolster arrived pretty quickly, around 5 days, and feels sturdy, good for restorative poses. The strap is decent quality too, though a bit thinner than I expected from the photos. I appreciated the free shipping on my order over $150. My main gripe is that the color of the bolster cover was slightly different in person than it appeared on my screen; it wasn't a huge deal but worth noting. Overall, I'm satisfied with the functionality and value for money, but they could improve color accuracy on the site.
